Flinders University's 'In Touch With' blog caught up with P4S Chief Investigator Professor Eva Kemps to chat about her work.
Eva's research is helping to guide the development of new methodologies to measure individual preferences in the visual appeal, taste, smell and texture of plant-based foods. This work aims to figure out why we like the foods we like, with the goal of using food to produce psychological benefits for astronauts.
